However, the beauty of VATS is that a person lies down in water brewed with MEDICINAL HERBS or SEA SALT, brought by firewood to a temperature of 36–40OC. The natural and soft water in the vats becomes therapeutic, after which you don't even need any creams, and you will immediately become 10 years younger. It is more effective to take a vat after steaming the body with brooms in the steam room and in the cool WINTER in the Steam Room SPA!
